- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Buyer beware, if you try to add any type of additional coverage with multi vehicle or suspend any coverage they will hit you double for everything. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆100% Disappointed with this company, If I were you I would go somewhere else! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Upon enrolling for my policy I had a clear conversation with the agent that I wanted full coverage with Rental Car reimbursement. Unfortunately I did have an accident when it was time to get a Rental they said I had no coverage for that. I explained that I had a clear conversation before enrolling that I needed rental car coverage. I was told "If you cant provide proof about the conversation there was nothing we can do for me" Now due to someone else's rookie mistake I have to go weeks without transportation Just go to another agency that has your best interests in mind they clearly dont cateBy matthew dal bon, December 10, 2016
